The venue overall was quite poor, nonetheless it had amazing location and staff.
Wi-Fi was very limited.
We had a terrific time here. Incredibly comfortable, airy room and savoury breakfast. Staff was always available, everyone so delightful. Lovely beds, television, balcony and armchairs were a nice touch. Its location was strategic, right by restaurants, city center and the Magnificent Mile.
Neat hotel and rooms and a spectacular location. Staff was highly professional and immensely pleasant, were eager to help. Truly enjoyed its pool, it was good plus the weather was pleasant. Delicious juices, gins and great cocktails in the cocktail bar, handy parking place.
