I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. The staff was amazing, especially the housekeeping team. They provided excellent service and even replaced our broken ironing board within minutes. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a variety of useful items like hangers, a blow dryer, a steam iron, and rolling chairs. The late check-out option was a great convenience as well.

The hotel is right at the Theater District, with Wicked playing just across the street. It is also a stone's throw away from Times Square, making it a beautiful place to explore. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room was very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the parking facilities were convenient for us.
