We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with an upgrade to a higher floor and a corner suite with an amazing view. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms featuring beautiful vanities and walk-in closets. The hotel itself was beautiful inside and out, and everything was spotlessly clean. We loved that we were able to open the windows, which is not typically an option in most hotels. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the civic center and within walking distance of various restaurants and bars. We also appreciated the 24-hour staff who were able to assist us in getting a cab early in the morning for our early flight. The bar and grill downstairs had great food and cocktails, and the hotel restaurant was accommodating to our toddler son. we had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again if we're ever in this city.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to various restaurants, museums, and the SAP center. The on-site parking was also excellent, with efficient valet service directly accessible from the tower elevator. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The staff, from reception to housekeeping to parking attendants, were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
