The simplicity and affordable cost of this hotel were exactly what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness and the quick response from staff whenever I needed anything. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to both Broadway and Times Square. The lobby was beautiful and the elevators were fast. The staff were also lovely, providing excellent customer service, especially the early morning manager and Desiree Rosario. In case of emergency evacuation, I felt safe and well-prepared.

The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the theater district. It was so convenient to be close to all the activities and easily accessible to the subways.

The location was outstanding, just steps away from Times Square and within a short walk to the metro. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The beds were comfortable and the elevators were fast, ensuring that we never had to wait too long. We also appreciated the strict security measures, as we had to show our key card every time we entered the hotel, making us feel safe and secure. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby restaurants on 8th Ave to choose from, providing us with a range of dining options.
