I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, led by Evelio, Felix, Diego, and Julia, were incredibly sweet and attentive. They made my stay truly unforgettable. Playing games at the pool with chocolate was so much fun, and having lunch at the buffet with Diana and Iliana was a highlight. For dinner, I highly recommend Rodolfo at the Mediterranean restaurant. He was the best night server in the hotel. The spa was also fantastic, and the spa girls were so kind. my two-week stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. It is truly a gem.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Antonio, Alex, Rey, and Mia. The drinks were great and the daily activities were fun. The location of the hotel is superb, right on the hotel zone with beautiful 180-degree views from our balcony. The room was comfortable, cleaned well, and the mini-bar was restocked daily. The beach was amazing, with no seaweed build-up and even turtle nests on the sides. No reservations were needed for the a la carte restaurants, and the buses into town were frequent and cheap.

The hotel had clean rooms and the a la carte restaurants were good. The staff, especially the room cleaning crew, were amazing and even went the extra mile to decorate for a surprise birthday. The hotel's location right on the beach offered great views and easy access to the beach and pool area. The staff were always smiling and the variety of foods and drinks provided a great dining experience.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! Cleanliness was impeccable, with the staff constantly maintaining the property and even painting and cleaning windows. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful view from every area. The location, just across the river and super close to the airport, was extremely convenient. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, always friendly, attentive, and quick. The breakfast was delicious and the drinks were great, with a fast and continuous service.
