We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and they were quite spacious. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The hotel facilities, especially the pool area, were fantastic. The pool was large and there were multiple smaller pools around it. The location of the hotel was also great, situated at the end of a main street with beautiful desert scenery and amazing palm trees. Additionally, the staff, particularly a young friendly guy Francisco, were very welcoming and helpful.
Nothing all excellent.
We loved the pools, especially the huge one with varying temperatures. They were open 24 hours a day, allowing us to swim whenever we wanted. The Capri restaurant served delicious breakfasts, and there were many other dining options nearby. The mountain-view room was quiet and provided the privacy we wanted. The staff, particularly Joseph at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The location was great for exploring Palm Springs during our stay in California.

The location was ideal, being close to Joshua Tree and the amazing hot springs pools. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff provided great service, especially at breakfast.
