We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even accommodating us when our flight was cancelled. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the city center and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Transportation was convenient with a bus stop right outside the hotel and another just a short walk away. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of hot and cold options, including eggs, oatmeal, cheese. The hotel also provided tea and coffee in the rooms, which was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. We particularly enjoyed the lovely little spa with the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and sauna. The location was perfect, being right in the center of everything and just a minute walk to the nearest bus stop where many tour operators dropped off and picked up. The staff, especially Matthias and the lady at the front desk, were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided was tasty and varied, ensuring a great start to our day.

Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the inclusive breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and within a 5-minute walk to Bonus supermarket and the main shopping street. Claudia from the staff was particularly helpful, providing us with an excellent restaurant recommendation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing a lovely surprise for my fiancé's birthday. The breakfast was much better than expected, with a good selection of food. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the main streets and close to nearby restaurants, bars, shops, and take-outs. Plus, the hotel had a nice happy hour from 4-6pm and was conveniently located near a taxi rank and one of the first bus stops for drop-offs on excursions.
