The staff at this hotel were genuinely friendly, always attentive, and extremely helpful. Altagracia, Pastor, Jennifer, and Anacarlin were outstanding waiters and hostesses. Chef Eugenio even gave us a tour of his gourmet kitchen. Our butler Alfonso was always ready to fulfill any desire. The location in mid-February was absolutely stunning.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the beach area always well-maintained. We were impressed by the hotel facilities, especially the spacious rooms with Jacuzzis and large beds. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from the friendly greetings we received from everyone to the excellent service provided by Marcus, Orlando, Adrian, Reyson. The breakfast was delicious and the cocktails served throughout the day were of premium quality. The entertainment team put on fantastic shows every night in the theater, giving us something to look forward to after dinner. Special mention goes to Arling, our butler, who made our trip exceptional with his helpfulness and always having a smile on his face.

The staff was excellent, providing 5-star service and keeping the drinks flowing. The beach was clean and had great chairs, tiki huts, and cabanas. The pools were never crowded, and we always found a great spot. The room was exactly as pictured and everything worked. The spa was beautiful and relaxing.
