We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was prime, right in the center of the SoBe area. The hotel grounds and landscaping were gorgeous, with stunning palm trees. The pool and beach were beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and provided exceptional service. Our room was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. The facilities, such as the air conditioning, shower, and TV, all worked well. The hotel restaurants served great food for breakfast and lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with excellent amenities and top-notch rooms, including balconies for the pool area. The location was perfect, very close to Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the waitstaff were very friendly, especially Juan who provided perfect service.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, both in the rooms and public areas. The facilities were top-notch, including the pool area with its tranquil ambiance. The location was fantastic, with easy access to South Beach, the Art Deco District, Lincoln Road restaurants, and the beach boardwalk. The balconies offered stunning views, and the coffee bar had delicious gelato as well as a poolside option. The staff provided the best service I have ever received, making my stay truly special.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The ocean view balcony was worth the extra few dollars. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and beautiful. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and functional. The hotel had good beach access, and the wait staff were more than accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and was exceptionally good. The hotel staff, especially the staff at the swimming pool, were friendly and service-minded.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Jesus at the front desk, provided excellent service and great recommendations. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere while being conveniently located near all the attractions in the area. The restaurant served delicious food, with the prime rib being a standout dish. We also enjoyed dining outside in the evening.
For us, the room service and housekeeping could have been better.
The maid on our floor seemed disinterested and the rooms were not cleaned as thoroughly as we would have liked.
