I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right by the riverwalk and close to the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, and the Navy Pier. The hotel facilities were great, with a gym and fast wifi. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff made sure we had everything we needed for the day. this hotel provided everything I needed for an enjoyable stay in this city.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, particularly Brenda, made me feel welcome and at ease. The breakfast team, including Javier and Fannie, were fantastic, attending to my dietary needs with great attention and friendliness. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location in the heart of River North was perfect for exploring the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and greeted us by name throughout our stay. The location was extremely convenient, with most attractions within a 15-minute walk. We found it easy to get to Michigan Ave, where we enjoyed shopping and dining. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were comfortable for our group of three. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection that stayed well stocked. The staff serving breakfast were friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the small store downstairs for late-night snacks.

The hotel staff, especially Javier and Fannie, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and walking to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options.
