We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from all the major attractions in the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was of excellent quality. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. Additionally, the convenience of valet parking was a major plus for us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and next to a beautiful attraction. The valet parking service was convenient and affordable. The hotel facilities were excellent, including complimentary water and robes in the rooms. The breakfast choices were more than adequate and the service was efficient and friendly. Additionally, the hotel provided fans and a dehumidifier, ensuring a comfortable stay. The proximity to the train station and various sights and cafes was also a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel, located in a perfect location to explore the old city centre of York. The spacious shower in our room was exceptional, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Cathedral, making it easy to walk to the city center. The train station is also within close proximity. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities provided were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast in the cozy Dean Court restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service.

Everything was perfect.
The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. It is right in the middle of the city, close to everything that York has to offer. Being right next to the York Minster, the hotel offers a stunning view onto the cathedral, which was a real treat. Moreover, it was lovely to have breakfast overlooking the cathedral.
